XXDP   DOCUMENTATION INDEX

DIGITAL developed diagnostic software for all of their equipment.
The names of the diagnostic tests consist of 6 characters. The first character indicates the processor type it is intended for, second and third character form a mnemonic for the type of device the diag test is for, the fourth letter is to identify a specific diag test and the last two characters are for revision and patch level, respectively.
